DESCRIPTION:Thursday: 3:30 to 7:30 \nFriday and Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. \nEmail crosswiseswr@gmail.com for more details! \nBasic Training is 3- day sessions lasting approximately 15 hours of teaching participants the philosophy and pedagogy of spelling\, penmanship and reading.  Most of the training will allow participants to be in the position as if they are their students.  The focus is on phonograms\, dictation process\, and application of some of the fundamental and foundational rules.  Specific to school teachers\, there is some time to discuss lesson planning and how the weekly schedule may look within the classroom at various grade levels.
